A Poshmark Virtual Assistant is just like a regular Virtual Assistant, except will focus only on your Poshmark account, One of the key ways they do this is through proper account management by stimulating growth and getting your listings seen by thousands of buyers that are constantly browsing the app. A Poshmark Virtual Assistant does this by sharing your listings during certain times of the day, this can also include Community Sharing, and following other closets.We do not use bots for this we do them manually by hand, no tricks or shortcuts.

Yes, we do need access to your account in order to manage it. We currently do not offer any services in which our company can manage your closet without gaining access to it but we always keep your log in data confidential.

Yes, we always keep your log in data confidential and is only shared with your assistant. We NEVER give your information to anyone.

After you place your order, an admin will email you back once your order is ready to begin, with details pertaining to your order.

We require that you allow us atleast 30 days in advance, failure to do so and your plan expiring or expected to be picked back up will not do so, no refunds will be given, no issuer disputes approved, please be aware of this as any dispute that is made we will submit this section as proof of knowledge of our policies, procedures, no refund policy and cancellation process.

If you do not allow us 30 days notice you will still be responsible for the full amount of the month regardless of the end date.

Cancellations are not made by simply not paying, we request you CONTACT us before cancelling, failure to do so will ban you from using our services in the future. No exceptions and we will pursue other methods to retrieve payment for services rendered.
